Rinseless Wash BETA Testers Needed

When I lived up north.....

All I can say is I wondered how I did without it.
11 degrees here this morning. Gloves worked perfectly well. Would not have said no to a heated steering wheel if I had one. Absolutely a luxury and not necessary, but would be nice. Also one more think to break.

Well if it breaks and it's too expensive to fix, oh well, enjoyed it while it lasted.

I'm a bit confused, I thought rinseless/waterless by design needed to leave *something* behind; that's how they protect the paint from marring? Like ONR surface substantive polymers, etc.

I guess this is my first post here, hi all :)

Most do but there are a few that don't. Some people really like the ones that don't because their cars have a coating and it doesn't change the look of the finish, I can see where there's some truth to that.

Btw welcome aboard

Also ideal when prepping to coat a car. I deliberately use products that leave nothing behind because I'm trying to get to bare paint and adding anything is counter productive. So a single product to do my rinseless wash, clay lube and then panel prep without leaving anything is ideal.

Has anyone used their samples on cars that have road salt residue on them. If so how well did it work.

That's all I've used it on with my car as I live in Chicagoland and this product is AWESOME! My first use of it was on my car which was really, really bad! How bad you may ask, well, I used 3 rinse buckets in my 2BM wash using my AQUA SPONGE, water got dirty very quickly which tells me two things, one the car was VERY dirty and two this products pulls a lot of dirt out of the paint.

It's very important as with any RW product that you make up extra cleaning solution so you can pre-soak the hell out of the lower panels especially, safety first.

This product is going to be worth waiting for but I've gotta think the wait is coming to a close....right

Roger, that sounds like an unequivocal thumbs up endorsement of the beta wash. Are you suggesting that this could dethrone Uber?

If I find out that it's truely better to use a product that leaves nothing behind compared to a product that have a gloss enhancer, even WGU, on my future coated car, I will using this product exclusively.

I really need to get around to contacting Wolfgang about this situation as I'm not going to assume because it's a product in their own family is going to naturally work. I will find out soon enough

I'm not the biggest fan of rinseless washing but I'd love to hear how this does as a drying aid. In future my personal cars will be coated (promised myself I'd use up the sealants first!) and I'm not comfortable wiping them dry without something between the towel and the paint. This sounds like it'd be ideal.

Just curious, what are you worried about doing a RW?

Not worried, it's just I have a pressure washer and no water restrictions. I find wheels and wells easier to clean with it. My car gets pretty filthy in the winter. And I still think one of the best things you can do for your paint is to rinse it off well before you wipe it.

Once or twice in summer I'll land up doing a hybrid rinseless wash. If it's too hot to wash outside, I'll do wheels like normal, rinse the paint, then pull in the garage and finish up with a rinseless.

Cleaning the wheels and wheelwells is much better with a pressure sprayer for sure. I live in an apartment and although I have a quarter wash literally around the corner I use my trusty 2 gallon hand pump for the wheels, tires and wheelwells. That said though, when they are really bad, I then hit the quarter wash. I also use the quarter wash when the salt and muck are too thick, help things along for sure, then do my RW.

I subscribe to the "clean as you go" method. This way, when I clean my car, it's a lot easier and the tools I have handy get the job done. Pre-soaking does a lot to break down the dirt on the car, it lifts and your damp wash media pulls it away👍
