So I just finished my first vehicle on my trip and it is a pretty cool one. I have always had a thing for these srt 8 Jeeps.

This one has 130k miles and to be honest is a little rough around the edges. RIDS, road rash, paint chips etc. Plus the normal swirls and stains. The goal here was to clean it up nicely and coat the paint wheels and glass.

Due to time constraints I only took a few pics.

Wheels/tires.

Meguiars D140, McKee`s iron remover, LATA
Wheels coated with McKee`s 37 wheel coating. Tires and wells dressed with Hyper dressing 50/50.

Paint

Washed, decontamination with nanoskin pad and Uber Rinseless as lube.

Compounded with PC7424, BOSS microfiber pad and fast correcting cream. Finished polished with Menzerna SF3800. Prepped with Eraser.

Coated with Gtechniq Crystal Serum Light. Glass coated with McKee`s 37 glass coating.

Engine bay cleaned with LATA and dressed with Hyper dressing.

10/10 that doesn't look anywhere near 130k miles now!

Thank you! Yeah I have seen cars with half the miles in worse shape lol.

Very nice! Really a nice turn around. How much time invested in this job?

I was under the gun so I was able to get it done in about 12hrs.

Awesome job man, what was you're finishing pad? I seen the polish but not the pad listed for final lsp.
Keep up the work and plan to see the upcoming ones as well!
