We have a bleeder! 2016 Rubicon Heavy contamination

Nice, but I have a ?. You said that you clayed with a medium towel, well I'm very surprised that you created no none notta marring which of course would cause you to polish the paint. What gives?

Steve

I'm on my 2nd Med. Grade Speedy Prep Towel and I've used them maybe a couple dozen times and haven't marred paint with it yet.

Even on black paint. I used the Med. Grade towel on this car and went straight to lsp without any marring at all.

Eldorado is right. I have both the medium grade prep towel and prep pad for a DA polisher. The pad has and can cause marring but I have never marred paint with the prep towel.

Also my prep towel is very well broken in and I use a healthy amount of suds and lube.
