Turned out great. Jeep really has a nice thick clear finish that ends up looking like a mirror. Slight orange peel under it but overall, fantastic and durable.

Had to correct a few areas on the hood and doors but overall the paint was fantastic for a new car. No dealer installed swirls or anything. Full 100% correction was achieved.

  • Wolfgang Uber Rinseless Washed
  • Nanoskin Medium Pad = No marring at all folks.....works great!
  • Flex 3401 buffer
  • Rupes iBrid Nano Short Neck
  • L.C. Hybrid Force White Pads
  • CarPro Essence Polish
  • McKee's 37 Ceramic Paint Coating
  • McKee's 37 Ceramic Glass Coating
  • McKee's 37 Wheel Coating
  • Stoners More Shine Tire Dressing
  • Wolfgang Exterior Trim Sealant (aka WETS)

Not the best pics but it was raining and cloudy cold all day so no chance of getting any great outdoor pics with mother nature being so rude.

BEFORE:

This vehicle had just received a complete bath in Fluid Filled Oil Undercoating......WOW! Holy Overspray Batman!! Wasn't pretty when it arrived.

AFTER: Completed Pics.

My Rupes iBrid Nano really came in handy on all the tight/thin places on the Wrangler.

Excellent turnaround. I had my doubts about how much you could get out of the paint when I saw the before pictures but it turned out great.

Looks great, I worked on friends jeep and I got to say, Jeep really needs to address build quality issues

Looks outstanding my friend! Love that color too.

Nice job. What did you use to remove the oily residue? Was Essence enough to remove any fine scratches or did it hide the marring?

Had to spray each panel with a McKee's 37 APC Mix, let soak then used WG Uber Rinseless with my modified G.Dean Method. Worked out pretty well. Now I'm off to soak and clean up my MF Towels that were used. Ugh....I normally wash once and rinse twice but I may just wash twice this time! Doing them at the laundry matt too vs at home.

Youre telling me. I hate detailing these things, especially when theres dog hair involved or major staining.

For being an offroad vehicle, I was not impressed. The torx heads were already rusted, the engine was really outdated and drank huge amounts of gas---also not alot of torque which would be good for offroading. Alot of the interior materials were not great either and it was very annoying to polish with all the corners and tight spaces. Friend kept it clean inside but jeep needs to improve alot

Really quality work there, and that paint looks excellent now. Cool vehicle.

I actually think I saw this Jeep yesterday... was this near the Fairfield, OH area? I was up that way for business with Toyota(my day time job)
