Anyone know where you can buy this stuff without the included microfibre and foam applicator? Perhaps it is sold under a different name within the commercial lineup? I love the product but hate feeling that part of what I'm paying is for another towel and applicator that I don't need. If not, could someone recommend a similar product at a similar price point? It has to be something that fills well and can be used in full sunlight. I've already corrected my car so I plan on mixing it with some black hole as a quick and easy maintenance product to boost appearance and protection between polishes.

It is sold standalone. Just not here.

not sure....when I got it, it came in the kit....Amazon Prime has the kit for 14.39....pretty good deal...everyone else is over 20.00

One can never have enough applicators or towels. Use them as spares for something else.

Thanks for the replies guys. Interestingly, I can't find it as a standalone at any canadian retailer. That amazon price is actually not a bad deal; even when you factor in shipping and exchange its still cheaper than on amazon.ca.

I'm still open to suggestions for other products if anyone has any.

I just gave this away to a cool co worker of mine.

Co-worker: OH my GOD!!! Look what Eldorado is doing behind that car!!!!!

Eldorado: SHHHHHHHH!!!! I'll give you this whole bottle of Ultimate Liquid wax.

Co-worker: Well...... OK.

I'm pretty sure Duragloss 111 can be used in full sun. It will fill a bit as well.

I use it as an alternate to Ultimate Liquid Wax sometimes.

DG111 is awesome. One of my favorite sealants. It's tough as nails when applied with 601. If you bump it with a good spray wax after washes it'll go months and months.

Do you think Meguiar's is charging $10 for the applicator pad and microfiber? You're getting 16 ounces of a high quality wax for $20, how much cheaper do you want it?

Here in Canada it goes for $37. I just thought if it's a product I'm going to be using fairly often it would be more economical if I could find it on its own. That duragloss product looks like a decent alternative if it does indeed fill like the ULW.

Do you have access to NXT? It won't last long as UW. I believe it still comes with a foam applicator. Have not bought it in so long. M21 would be the other option as well from Meguiar's.
