That's for sure!!lighting conditions factor in to though...
That's for sure!!
Look what the prevailing lighting
conditions did for a vehicle wearing
an LSP (FK-1000P) that cost only
$17.99---and that was for an entire
15 oz. tub that'll probably last 'til I
leave this ol' World behind.

Been reading up on Blackfire BlackIce wax. The hype is impressive. Have also seen positive reviews from a few years back. Any current users of the product care to comment on its performance, compared to the advertising claims? I do realize the subjectivity that can come into play on this sort of thing, but in general, is is worth $95.00?
Reload and bf crystal seal mixed together give a awesome shine.Did a 53 Eldorado today and tried that combo and the color was so reflective and deep.Surrpassed gloss coat by far,was going to gloss coat the entire car but instead I tried those 2 products stacked together and the shine was insane compared to the front fender that I coated with opti gloss.
But it's a "hybrid montan sealant wax". Whatever the f that is.
Noted - thanks for the correction.
Nevertheless, is it any better than something much less expensive? That's the question. Looks gorgeous in custmsprty's photo, but there's probably a lot of high quality polishing under that, and I wonder if it would be the same with 845...
Nothing personal there, just wonder sometimes why prices are what they are and what you really get for that extra money.
Story of the consumer market we live in. If I drive a 50k car and decide to spend 100.00 on wax to protect

It depends for me if there was something else more specific about the wax. I bought PBL Synergy and that was quite expensive since I was paying Canadian dollars, about 250 before taxes which tacks on another 13% here. For me personally, and I can't speak for anyone else, it was worth it because it was a great wax to use, the durability on it is quite good. It was smooth to apply, easy to take off. Straight forward instructions, and it combined ceramic as well as carnauba so it stands up to the winter weathers we have here which is basically what I thought salt lake city was like when I was 8. The cost of a wax has to correlate in some way to how it looks and how it protects. For me, Synergy looked great and protects extremely well. It's not necessarily about getting 250 dollars worth of product per say, that can get you enough Collinite or something to wax every day for the rest of your life. It's more about getting 250 dollars worth of satisfaction out of it, since for so many of us it's a stress reliever and a hobby. It depends, only you can say whether or not it's worth the money. It could be worth it to everyone here but it might not be worth it to you. The only way you can tell, especially if you do this for a hobby is to buy it and see if you like it, and if it adds up to what you believe is worth it or not. For example (And again all in Canadian Dollars) 250 dollars for Synergy is worth it for me but 123 for Souveran or 250 for Fuzion is not worth it for me. The reason being? One is a show wax and while it looks great, if I had to wax every month or two, then I would just wax with something more durable like Synergy every month or two. Fuzion was not worth it for me because for the same price, I wanted something more durable, not because Fuzion doesn't look amazing on some of the cars displayed on the forums.
