Who busted out their summer wheel and tire set up yet on their car? I usually wait until April 1st.
This will give it time for all this damn snow and salt to melt and wash away (hopefully).
 
I always wait until the second weekend of April. Not that there is any reason other than that's almost always the point that the temps consistently stay above 50 degrees here in WI.
 
The count down is on until the snow tires come off...
 
Back in the day Ohio would allow studded snow tires from Oct 15 to Apr 15. I had some back on my beater 94 S10 in high school. Ever since then that was the schedule I followed for snow/summer tires regardless of studded or not.
 
Pity them. They never get to spin donuts in parking lots.

 
I always wait until at least May. Not so much for the salt, but it usually takes at least that long for the road commission to pretend to patch the potholes.
