a local mexican food joint down the street from me has $1 fish tacos (got 10 for me and the family) and also got a carnitas torta...

One of my father's favorite places. They do a great job.


I believe it's on Starkey Rd, between East Bay and Ullermerton.
 
Damn. Almost forgot about this thread.

We had fresh Fluke & Black Sea Bass fillets caught & cleaned by yours truly today. Brushed them lightly with a garlic butter, and sauteed them.

The wife added fresh asparagus she tossed with olive oil, cracked pepper, and asiago cheese then oven roasted. Heavenly!

Best part is, I'm going back out fishing tomorrow too. :props:

Scrambled eggs from my organically-fed chickens (not quite free-range but they have a big run), an apple, blueberries from bushes my Grandfather planted 25ish years ago, and a glass of milk from a localish dairy.

Not as cool as Ronkh. I tried. Lol.
 
went to EPL and had the grande avocado chicken bowl w/ no cabbage...
