Bug and tar removal

What products is the best for safely removing bugs and tar? Also what methods are best? Sponge, microfiber towel, etc. Thanks

I have good luck with:
McKee's 37 Road Kill Bug Remover
McKee's 37 Bug Scrubber

Let the Scrubbers soak in your wash bucket for ~ 5 min to soften up - meanwhile spray on the Bug Remover and let it sit on the car for the balance of the 5 Min..... Use Scrubber to remove all the splatted bastards...rops:

In my experience, the best way to remove bugs is with a detail spray that has carnauba in it. I like
Chemical Guys P40 Pro-Detailer with Carnauba 16 oz.

For tar, Stoner Tarminator removes bug residue, tar, tree sap, gum and more from automotive surfaces! bug & tar remover, auto spot cleaner, car bug & tar . It does scare me a bit on paint because it does seem so strong.

Tarminator works great - I am surprised you guys need to scrub at all if you are using a like chemical. The only thing I hate is that tarminator stinks up my towels/wash media

Yea I agree a shot of tarminator and the tar/guts literally runs down to the ground. Stuff is awesome

I pretty much use what everyone else has mentioned here:

Tarminator for tar.

Bug Squash for bugs.

Isopropyl alchoal for sap.

My one variance is I like Sonax bug sponge better than the one guys use that needs to be soaked.

I use and like Poorboys Bug Squash a lot! You can't go wrong at all there.

But I would also like to try out the Mckee's 37 Bug remover also, to see how it works.

Same here. I pair the Bug Squash with the McKee's 37 bug scrubber to get bugs off. For tar removal, I just use a soft MF towel.
