Ceramic coating failing??

That looks like high spots that never got removed during your application process.

My thoughts too. You can almost make out what appears to be the motion used to spread out the product.

I found similar spots, thought much smaller, on my car after I coated it. It was pouring rain at the time, so I wasn't able to do my standard "sun light check" for any missed spots.

Have you tried spraying the panel with water and see how the water reacts? That will definitely tell you if the coating is alive or dead.

BUT!

I totally agree with this one.

if it was me, I would try essence plus and see if that will knock any of that out (without removing your coating). If not, i would just completely polish or sand if needed, and reapply again. I would assume its not your clear coat, but it never hurts to be extra cautious if your clear happens to be compromised.

I agree with everything except the sanding part.

I only say sanding in the case that he has a coating like crystal serum that wont remove with just a polish. Other than that i wouldn't touch sandpaper.

Crystal Serum is easily removed with polishing when it has been properly applied. Applying CS and intentionally leaving a thick high spot without any attempt to level is a different story.

They're clever with that "claim" :)
