has anyone tried the flex xc3401vrg yet.

it does help, you made my decision much easier for me. Now i just have to figure out which pad combo to buy...im leaning towards the xmt swirl remover kit with LC pads...i think that should work pretty well to get me started.

Two months ago I bought a UDM (similar to a PC) looking back I wish I knew what I know now and would have bought a Flex.

For those of you who own a Flex. Do you now find yourself rarely reaching for your rotaries?

I bought the flex cause it was claimed to about 90% of what a rotary could do with little fear of paint damage.I do have a cheap harbor freight rotary but have been to chicken to try it.I am completely happy with the flex as it has really done so much more then the pc/udm ever had in terms of the way my paint now look,s.

:iagree:

This is why I bought a Flex (being delivered tomorrow). The biggest factor for me was that it was still a D/A polisher (=safe) but it will break down a polish significantly faster than a PC or a UDM.

Can I come visit ... I want a Flex badly, but Xmas is only several weeks away !
