NEW FORMULA McKee's 37 Paint Coating...

4oz seems like so little. How many cars can be coated with that? And is that coating only good for paint or can it also be applied to glass and wheels? I know you sell specific coatings for those things but I was wondering if this one could work for all 3 purposes. Thanks!

That size bottle of Pinnacle paint coating says it does 5 cars. I would expect this to do at least the same.

The new version is even easier to work with, lays on thick and levels out EASY! The beading I've been getting on the two cars it's on, has been top notch

How about I send you guys a bottle of the new formula in exchange for a thorough review on the forum?

I would love to give a thorough review! This has been on my radar, I've offered CQuartz as my coating option but I've been looking for another product to offer clients that want the same type of reflection and gloss as well as hydrophobic properties but not spend as much.

What can we do with orders that we just received that are not likely this "new version" ? Kinda a bummer that I have an entire bottle of the old stuff to work through first..... Thoughts?

Use up the old version on your wheels, maybe every 4-6 monthes to get it out of the way and onto the next product!

See this right here, "Klasse Act" and the way to take care of customers and maybe keep them as one brand buyers too!

4 oz. is about 4x the amount of most coatings as an FYI.

typical coating coverage is about 10-15ml per sedan. a bottle of McKee's goes quite a long way. I've done 5-7 vehicles with a bottle but that's a mix of vehicle sizes too. in the end, this is the best value on the market for what it is.

Very interested with the new soap. I know Nick is a fan of Hydrofoam and I wonder how this compares. Regardless I ordered a gallon and a bottle of the new coating. lol

Thanks. So which is the proper method?
I would assume the way he showed it in the video with the new coating.

Nice, Don!! I have a good feeling about the new formula. SiO2 soap will be up next for me.

Will it work for headlights?
I think it's just meant for paint.

So is it correct that Autogeek does not have the new version yet? I was about to place order but want to make sure I'm getting the latest formula.

Not yet. Order it straight from Nick if you can't wait.

Glad to see McKee's is improving this product. So far I like it, and I will like it even more with the improvements ;)

One question for Nick, would it be a good idea to use CarPro Reload to protect the coating while it cures like one does when applying Cquartz coatings?

I'd go with mckees gloss detail spray to top it, real easy wipe on, wipe off and I think I remember nick saying it had some of the same juice that makes up the coating. I've noticed some good protection and beading with the detail spray alone too, really nice gloss and fillers
