Had the opportunity a couple weeks ago to work on my sister's Range Rover. Car has been pretty well maintained so it didn't require a lot of work. Interior reset was in order, cleaned up the engine bay and gave the exterior an AIO treatment.

Thanks for viewing like always, if there are any questions, please let me know. Duy out!

Wow great work. I have a silver LR3 that's been waiting for me to have free time.

What polisher was used?
What size backing plates did you use?
What product and pad?
What did you do to headlights?
What did you do to pillars?

Those are some of my questions

Great work and thanks for taking the time with all of the pictures

Really nicely done........lots of tedious attention to detail. Certainly Sis is ecstatic with the results.

I did one of those that had all of the off road grill, headlight, tail light, etc. guards on it. A real pain in the arse that one......and black of course.

Makita PO5000 DA with 5" backing plate using Lake Country Hybrid Orange Pad. Menzerna 3in1 polish for the paint. Headlights were polished using porter cable with 3" Lake Country ThinPro Grey pad and Mckees headlight polish. And pillars were dressed with VRT from adams.

Beautifully done. Phil

Thanks!

Rear C/D pillar shot is great, good work.

Thank you!

She hasn't seen it look so new in forever. She loved it. I bet that was a pain, I can only imagine!

Did you seal up the Headlight to stop further UV exposure? From that hot AZ sun.

Looking good.

I sure did! Used a sealant that I've gotten maybe 3 month of protection out here in AZ. Looking into other products to see how I can get a little more protection. If I can get a year, I will be happy.

With the temps that you have... 1 year sounds great, Any sand storms yet?

When you say a 5 inch backing plate does that mean you used 5 inch pads or 4.5 inch? Also what sized pads for the porter cable? Trying to figure out how to match pads with backing plates for the DA systems as I am new :) also did not know the PC could take a 3 inch backing plate, that is awesome. I just love a dirty engine bay turned clean, something super satisfying about it.

The Makita comes with a 5" backing plate. The pads I used are the 5.5" forced hybrid foam pads from lake country. And I used 3.5" thin pro pads. I purchased a 3" backing plate for the PC. The PC is now my dedicated 3" polisher. Me too! It's satisfying to see the turn around.
