Just to update everyone, we have been working all day at getting orders out. All hands on deck, office staff are even packing orders since we do not have phone service. We are working off WiFi from our phones, this is a huge group effort from all of our staff. We have brought in supplies from our homes, using everything we can resource to get up to date on orders and emails. Currently we are packing orders from yesterday afternoon which is great since we have not packed since Thursday night. By tomorrow all orders will be completely up to date on shipping, Stephanie has replied to all of your customer service emails. If there is anything you need please just email us.

Thank you all for being so kind during this time, I am happy to report all of our staff and their families made it safely through the storm.
We do not have power at office but 80% of us do at home, the other 20% will be sleeping over tonight! :)

Forum members we are sending out a "Thank You" email to all of you tonight!

wow, talk about going all out and taking care of the customers! glad everyone made it through the storm!! :)

Looks like nothing changed in the customer service dept since the takeover. Not even a hurricane can stop them. What did you guys do order waders for everyone? THANK YOU ALL FOR THE GREAT SERVICE

No worries if things are a little slower as most of us understand! Keep on Rocking!

I've only been a forum member a short while, but a lurker for over 3 years and in that time I've noticed just how much you all truly care for your customers and don't take them for granted. I and I'm sure many many others would be ok with you not working today, with no power and using your personal WiFi from your phones to take care of orders and getting them processed! That's just awesome of you, thank you so much!

Great to hear the team came out the other side of this storm
with little to no great damage.

Just heard power is back up in the Autogeek business area.

Thank you Florida Power & Light!

I saw that Daytona Speedway was being used as staging area for the utility trucks prior to Irma's arrival. Good planning on their part.

Edit: For some reason i thought Daytona speedway was closer to Stuart. Still good planning on their part.

I am just happy to hear you are all OK - the rest is gravy!
