I normally UWW+ 1-2x/week but we've had a fair amount of rain lately. The truck is about as dirty as it gets. Would you WW this? Thanks, I'm new to this detailing stuff and want to get an idea how far I can take WW.

No

Personally no but I'd comfortably rinseless wash that. Just personal preference.

Waterless wash, and UWW+ Is Ultima Waterless Wash Plus. Personally I'm going to two bucket wash, but I just want to hear what more experienced forum members have to say.

Thanks!
Rich

No, I would probably give it a quick rinse at the coin-op and then finish with the waterless wash.

Probably safer to just do a rinseless wash. considering UWW+ has a rinseless wash dilution, seems like a no brainer.

Now would I WW that panel? yeah. I probably would. I mean really, what are the odds it'll actually do any damage? If it's that dirty you'd probably go through a ton of towels, but I don't think if you use good technique and are slightly more cautious than usual it'd do any harm.

I'd do a two bucket wash. When the truck gets that dirty, it's usually in all the nooks like the door handles/tailgate handle, etc.

I find being able to use the hose to blast all that crap out is better than a RW when my truck is that soiled.

+1 on what Paul says. I would wash it not WW.

This looks like a prime candidate for
my (Patent pending) "Hybrid" RW/WW
vehicle cleaning process. :dblthumb2:

Would like to see more pics of the "V" Colorado..........

I don't think I want to show you images of what mine looks like normally. It gets washed twice a month if it's lucky but generally only 1. If it wasn't goldish I'd drive me nuts but it goes into a dirt parking lot daily so there is no winning. But good to know that a pre rinse and a rinseless or a standard 2bm is recommended

Which is a hose and a bucket?

Bob won't let on, but I'll tell you his secret.

He has the well-endowed young lady from up the block wash his 'Vette.

Otherwise known as the "Hoe & Buckets".
