I received my Order today, #W-1263113


It has 5 mistakes, 2 pretty sizeable!!!#


MISTAKES

I ordered#Pinnacle Kwazar Liquid Crystal Waterless Wash Combo Item Code: PIN-710-1010 and it is supposed to come with the 16oz waterless wash concentrate and 6 Gold Plush Jr. Towels.#
MISTAKE 1)#You sent me the 32oz ready to use waterless wash. HUGE DIFFERENCE
MISTAKE 2) YOU DID NOT SEND ME ANY GOLD PLUSH JR TOWELS!!!! #


I ordered#Grit Guard Universal Pad Washer Special Free Bonus Item Code: GG-UPW-SP that included the Wolfgang Padwerks pad cleaner.#
MISTAKE 3)YOU DID NOT SEND THE SPRAYER.#


I ordered (1) Autogeek logo sticker Item Code: SM-LBL-AG
MISTAKE 4) YOU DID NOT SEND IT


I ordered (2) Pinnacle logo stickers Item Code: SM-LBL-PIN
MISTAKE 5) YOU DID NOT SEND THEM


I am getting very frustrated. I wouldn't be so annoyed with this, but it comes on the heals of me sending Autogeek 2 emails in the last month that went completely unanswered!

Please take care of these issues Autogeek! I know your excellent reputation, but if these mistakes keep happening you will lose customers...

Try calling customer service rather than posting here. They handle those issues there.
That being said, if you wanna know what is the best wax in the world, then you are in the right spot!

That being said, if you wanna know what is the best wax in the world, then you are in the right spot!
I only posted here because I was under the impression that it's what this feed was for based on some other posts that I read. As FOR calling, it's difficult for me to do because I am at work during hours that their customer service is available.

I am certain they will make it right. When they do, please post your sentiment here. They treat customers right. It is in their DNA. I don't say this to flatter. I say this because out of many, many orders, a few have had issues and they are always right on top of those issues and they have corrected things quickly.

UPDATE - Stephanie contacted me 1st thing this morning and is going to make things right. I was just frustrated last night, Autogeek customer service is definitely top notch.

Know the feeling. When the box arrives it is like you're sent back in time to your childhood birthday, you open your prized present that you waited for and it is broken.
 
Glad to hear they called you. After trying to recover and play catch-up from being shut down due to the hurricane, I am not surprised there are some errors. Occasional errors in any industry are typical, what's NOT typical is how AG responds to their errors----they go above and beyond the call of duty to make it right. I've been ordering from them for eight years and have had a couple times the shipment got messed up. One call and they bent over backwards to correct it.

One of the reasons I keep going back to AutoGeek....I know if there's a problem, they will take care of it
