I haven't been all that impressed with the Guzzler (I have 4 of them) , not a big improvement over the Meguiars WW I have. The Cobra Guzzler waffle weave is an excellent drying towel and it is sold right here on AutoGeek.com. I have been doing a lot of rinseless washes on my midnight blue truck and there have been no scratches. I first use the Guzzler to blot the water and once it is wet, I use it to wipe the surface dry. Two towels are enough to do the entire truck.
I'm told by a few that Sam's are pretty good, too.
IME the costco kirkland are better than the sams club proforce microfiber towels...
I've never had any issues with my kirkland towels. That being said, I would like to try some eagle edgeless towels, but I really fear that I won't be impressed since I'm not overly picky about things like my towels, and i'll feel like I wasted money.
That's high dollar for a made in China towel (albeit with Korean fabric.) I personally don't trust Chinese made towels. China manufacturers do not know or care about manufacturing standards, in any manufacturing industry. They can say that it is Korean fabric, and that they treat the fabric as cleanly as Korea, but I, for myself and for no one else, don't trust Chinese manufacturing.
This is just my opinion. Your opinion may vary.
That's my next big review -polishing/buffing towels. It'll be a little while though. I need to finish the drying towel review and I don't have a vehicle that needs polishing or waxing for a few months.I have quite a few favored MF towels, at least favored here. Other than being thicker and shedding lint, I have seen no material difference in marring reduction, buffing and absorption. Like I said, it is religious and if it makes you feel better then more power to you.
I have not seen any comparisons done here, either. It's coke or pepsi, 7up or sprite. I like mine, you like yours, here's why, it's all good.

I have a bunch but they have been through the wash and used for various things.Looking forward to anything that shows definitive proof one way or the other regarding a lot of the possible fable and myth that gets disseminated here.
If you need some Kirkland towels to test just send me PM and I'll send you a couple, gratis. I'm going to buy another bundle shortly and I'll send you a few that are unwashed and unused right out of the package.
