SEMA 2017 New 2018 Products

Obviously will have to try this one out. Mentioned (I think) and absence of fluorine in the Skin part which is what made Booster so fun. Looks a lot more 'normal' to apply than Booster (on top of Mohs) though...pretty thick 'Skin'. Will be interesting to see what price is.

Asked on their IG page if skin would be sold individually and the answer was no. Only comes in the syncro kit. Just an FYI.

Re: SEMA 2017 New Products

Im pretty unimpressed with what ive seen so far.

I really don't think it is intended for someone to correct an entire car with just batteries granted some people might but I would hate to do that the way I see it is it's going to be used for traveling to car events so I can do test spots for potential customers. Or when I go to do a mobile job and as the person showing me their car they ask if I can remove a scratch I don't have to take out my generator extension cord or hook up to the customer's house I can just grab that knock out the scratch real fast and be done

You could use it to wax a car? Do you ever just wax a car without polishing?

Gyeon Syncro? Curious...

Why dont they ever show these coatings on an actual car?

looks like Buff & Shine will release the Uro-Fiber Finishing Pad (black microfiber) which will go hand in hand with the current Uro-Fiber Microfiber Pad and help close the gap where one may do a better job than the other on certain paints...

also, GG Best of Show Wash & Wax car wash as well...

Ahh poop I didn't get a pic of the new wax, it's a higher concentration from the previous version. The rep said it's not to be used as a drying aid as it will most likely streak

For the Griot's fans this video is from yesterday. Jeff shows off the 2" pads and backing plate. Nick shows some of the new products.

Use case question: Was their previous spray wax ever intended to be used stand alone, or was it only intended as a drying aid? Getting wrapped up in all the other drying aids/products out there it's been a while since I looked at the Griot's Spray Wax bottle.

Just some pics of the new Meg's stuff. Looks promising
