What did you do today non-detailing related?

My buddy Hectour swapped out my stock axle-back for a piece from JUN BL, company in S. Korea. You can see here the difference and the sound....OMG does it sound great You couldn't wipe the grin off of my face because it's exactly what I wanted, now I'm waiting for the enclosed intake from SXTH Element to be made and shipped, stay "tuned'

Btw I'm sorry I didn't take an "after" shot of the new exhaust tips like in the "before" pic, Hectour snapped the last pic. We had to pick his daughter up from the movies and we wanted to get in it and DRIVE, so I'll snap on later.

Not having the coin holder in my car has been bugging me from day 1... But now I have it.

Thanks, man. Cops said she was banged up, but ok.

I am barely able to walk today, and standing up is painful.

We went to Nanuet. Just a few minutes off of the new Tapanzee. (I won't call it by the new name. Lol)

OMG Paul!
<<<HUGS>>>
SO glad you are ok! Feel better!

Hey Paul - How've you been feeling since the accident?

Just now seeing this. :(

I am still pretty sore, but not enough to keep me from work. (Wife does not agree, calls me a "Stubborn Pollack") Lol

Got a few follow-up doctor's visits in front of me. (Scowls........)

I hate this crap. I just want to work. BUT........... I have to play the game. ) Gotta run! I hear the wife coming!! Lol

The lovely wife and I picked more raspberries from the bushes next to the deck...

and yes, they are delicious!

We will probably end up with two dozen pints when all is said and done.

Hey Paul - How've you been feeling since the accident?

For anyone that gives a rat's butt....... Lol. You may have remembered I was rear-ended in a horrible way back on 6-14-19.

I had a helluva day today. Two appointments. First was the ophthalmologist. I'm not at ALL a fan of ANYTHING near or in my eyes, so the actual doctor time was worse than the 1 hour paperwork/wait time.

Anyway, no problems detected. Clear.

Second round was neurologist. He was actually shocked that I was knocked out cold for close to 6 minutes and didn't have any serious head trauma he could detect.
He ordered an MRI on my head/neck area to be safe, but all said, he exclaimed I was both "Lucky, and maybe more hard-headed than some". (No surprises there.......)

So just an update for anyone that cares..... Lol

Anyway, I can wash my damn truck the right way. Lol

If only he had the opportunity to leaf through
a printout of your AGO posting history...

{See: that’s proof that I care.}

Ok so now I got next years wood split. Next thing to do is stack it in the shed. Things are taking longer than anticipated. I think the grass is growing a 1/2” a day.

So I’m done dragging my feet. Everything i had split is off the ground and in the shed. This is not the kind of work to be doing with 90% temperatures.

WOW! Do you heat your whole house with wood in the winter?

We got rid of our wood burner years ago and went gas log. Then with the remodel we removed the entire thing as it took up wall space that we wanted to reclaim. Now, honestly, I can't even stand the smoke from a fire pit. LOL!

yeah it just about heats the whole house. the wood stove is in the center of the living space. we leave the thermostats at 58/59% in case we sleep through feeding the stove. a few years ago I checked our fuel oil consumption. we went 3 months and used a little less then a 100 gals of oil. and on that is our hot water, showers and dish washer every day. the only time the wood stove has trouble keeping everything toasty is when the temps dip below 20%. as far as the smell of burning wood it's an airtight wood burning stove. so no smell of smoke in the house just outside.

Klasse act motivated me with the install of his cold air intake so installed mine. Also added a set of redline hydraulic hood lifts as ford for some reason doesn’t think the mustang needs them. Also installed my smoked diode dynamics LED side markers. No pics of hood lift.
