Name something you wish you would’ve bought sooner...

I’m with you. The Griots rinseless is the one I reach for the most now. Following the forums trends, I’ve got ONR, ONR WW, Uber, and N914 on the shelf. They’ve all got their perks, the Griots just works for me.

Like you say- it’s awesome for glass. What ratios have you tried/liked? I haven’t strayed from the defaults listed on the bottle yet.

I have the same RW + D114 that you have. I've actually yet to use the GG as a RW, LOL. I mixed at 15:1 and that is how I first noticed how well it did with glass. Then went to 128:1 which is great at dust but a little light for stuck on junk (still got it clean).

Currently trying 64:1 but might be heavy for regular use. Still trying them out.

Uber also works well at 128:1 on glass but tends to attract some dust. The GG seems to be quite good in this area.

Lots of answers but the one that left me most impressed: sonax perfect finish.

Sonax polishes blow me away. I've been using their cut and finish as a one step and it's great, don't need a lot either.

1. Kranzle K1622 Pressure Washer. Wasted my time with too many cheap pw's in the past.
2. Nanoskin Clay Mitt - what a time saver
3. Paint Thickness Gauge
4. Coatings (CQuartz for paint and GTechniq C5 for wheels)

The "mouse" brush for leather. Simply amazing for textured surfaces. Use APC for deep or nasty cleaning. Or go with Opticlean for clean and protect in one step.

Very light pressure is all that is needed.

Leather & Vinyl Interior Scrub Brush

I haven’t heard much about Opti Clean on here. I had to look it up to see if it was a new product.

It’s got a good price per gallon, I might have to pick some up.

I've been on here for just about 6 years and I've always bought Optimum Power Clean aka Alien Kleen because it flat out works, period. The ratio of 1 part Alien Kleen and 3 parts water is usually more than enough for most jobs, 1:2 for stronger ones but that's it.

GREAT product

I just bought 1 the other day.

I haven’t used it yet, but I might try it today on my own car since I just vacuumed it a couple days ago.

As of today, HD speed. Really did live up to the hype. Easy on, easy off, no dusting, and finishes down crazy well

One day I’ll get some dr colorchip and touch up all the chips around the car

I recently grabbed another wheel brush after seeing that you applied tire dressing with one, and I wish I had gotten one as soon as I saw the post you mentioned it.

I use VRP and not hyper dressing (I just use it 1:1), and applying it that way is so much nicer and the results are so much better. Gets into all the nooks and grooves perfectly.

Very thankful for the little tidbits I pick up from you in various threads.

Which wheel brush did you get? I'm looking to go down that route as well, not that big a fan of these applicators.

Get this 1. AG doesn’t sell it, but it’s easily found online.

The Mothers Wheel Brush is kinda similar but the bristles are not the same as the brush in the pic is softer and will do a better job.

That’s the same brush I have. Does a fantastic job.

I can't believe I waited so long to buy this. Once I did buy it, I hardly used it because I thought it was basically "just an APC"

boy was I wrong

OPC cleans better than any APC, degreases better than the harshest degreasers, and is the least irritating for the ol' lungs.

I was shocked after using several applications of Super Degreaser 4:1 to try and remove a build up of nasty slimy solvent based dressing and even though the tire was nasty, D108 wasn't cleaning away hardly any of the grime.

Using OPC diluted 3:1 easily broke down nasty grease that several applications of super DEGREASER wouldn't even touch.

If there was a thread for "things I wish I stopped buying sooner"... D108 super degreaser & D101 APC would be at the top of that list.

TufShine tire coating

I had put so much slinging slop on my tires and it always washed off in 2 weeks. Tufshine tire coating makes tires look shiny and new, and there is no greasy mess. Lasts a long time, and it is easy to reapply.

The initial cleaning of the tire is very important though and can take 10 repeated washings to get the TufSHine tire cleaner concentrate to foam white, not brown, before applying the coating.

I still have so many bottles of tire shine slop.

This container.

Well actually I wish I hadn’t thrown away the empty container of Ultima Waterless Wash+ that I had, which made me buy this larger 32oz. container to be able to fill with D114. I constantly have to make gallons of it but I hate having to measure 1oz. everytime I do it. So this container will make things easy.

I've been really happy with Wolfgang Uber Rinseless!

Same here.

I'm gonna sound really cheap here - how does the brush surface compare to the pads you use for staining decks? I swear it looks reallly similar.
