What is a good pad for applying wax? I have a griot rotary wax machine.

It's a very soft foam, it has no cut, and that's really what it's designed for...very fine finishing polishes, applying wax and sealants, etc. they did away with the red which used to be their best pad for waxing, they reformulated the foams so no this is your best option.

Not always. Unfortunately not all companies follow the same color scheme. You need to pick the brand you want and get a finishing pad.
Just to help ensure we are helping correctly though, do you really have a rotary, or do you have a da?

I bought the pad wax bucket. Can I us dish detergent to wash wax pad, polishing pads?

another vote for CCS pads. Black for them, but for other brands, look for a finishing pad. You want little to no cut for a finishing pad.
