well im use to using sig. ser. II but 180 was so cheap i thought i would give it a try...ya dont like it....it is much tougher to get on and off than sig ser...and the dust residue it leaves behind is a pain in the a**....it didnt leave the surface and smooth or as slick as sig ser II either...grrr...anyone ellz compared the 2?

So it about like Collinte? Right?
it's easier then Collinite, but harder then SSII, or Souveran paste.
To make an appliction easier, prime your pad with a QD. It will be easier to apply. Then just wipe it off with a MF towel. Don't let it dry.

That sucks. I didn't have any issues with application/removal and no residue left behind.
Hot surface?

I like 180 I think it goes on and off easy just as long you dont leave it on to long. The dust is a problem but is not to bad. Collinite is hard to remove if left on too long but even in the directions it says to take it off before it cures last weekend I did a Landrover and I let the 845 stay on all nite and it was real hard to remove but it left a smooth finish.

So you guys WOWO xmt 180? I used it for the first time yesterday and did the whole car, then removed and didn't have too much trouble. Looked good!

I never have a problem with any wax, not even Collinite? I wait till they barely haze and they easily buff off.

I never really liked XMT180, but it was free with my UDM. DP Max wax or Souveran are the 2 jars I always grab, but it sounds like I should be trying Sig Series II

im deff going back to sig ser II its freakin amazing

I never had a problem when I tested 180, it looked pretty good. SS II is easier to use thats for sure and looks sexy as hell.
