Removing buffer swirls

what do you guys recommend on removing light buffer swirls between HD Speed and Menzerna MC2500?

Adding to my post. what would you guys use? Do you guys think that HD speed will completely remove the buffer swirls while adding a layer of protection=saving time or would you rather use the MC2500 followed by an LSP?

with a rotary buffer..I used the MC2500 with a orange pad on a DA right after.. Not sure how I still have buffer trails. Everything looked perfect the day it got done

Fg400 with wool pad with rotary followed by mc2500 on orange foam pad on DA polisher..did the whole car but only see a few buffer trails on the fender and hood nowhere else on the car

You might need to try FG400 on an orange pad to remove them if the PF2500 isn't working.

I used 5 pea sized dots of the 2500 on an orange pad using my GG DA polisher on speed setting 5. Im thinking I may have moved a bit fast with the polisher when I got to the fender and hood causing it to not fully remove the buffer swirls. Would this be a cause? The rest of the car is fine no swirls.

That's would be my bet you did. Either move it to fast or to few passes or you had pad stalling to the parts where you has the buffer trails left.
Test with the same setup pf2500 and the orange pad. Have you marked the backing plate so you see if you got rotation on it?

Yes I marked my backing plate after I did the car though ..but I will try again this time slower passes and working the product kmore..thank you

Oh yeah, watch that arm speed. Give those abrasives time to give it nice firm pressure. Those orange pads take a lot more pressure than others to effectively abraded paint (which is why I never use them!).
