I finally took it in to be painted and cleared.?

I just got my Toyota back home new paint and 2 coats clear, soooo.. how long until I can polish and wax ? they did the wet sand and buff, it looks really good, I'm planning to wash, n clay n polish in a few days. Would that be safe on new painted hood?View attachment 65017

If they wet sanded and buffed it out, you don't need to clay. Wait about a month to out gas before applying an LSP. You can use a glaze to protect till then.

Agree with Rsurfer, wait at least 30-days or up to 60-days whatever your body shop says. They are going to warranty their work so do follow their suggestion. That said as Rsurfer stated you can use a special glaze that does allow the paint to gas out.

I would think that AG would have this product.
