Help identifying paint defect

Hey guys, I need some help here. Got a new car and I have a feeling what I'm gonna show you is bird poop etching from sitting on the dealers lot. I wanna see what you think. It's right on the hood, which is a big hood lol.

I clayed it with no results
I polished it by hand with no results

Any ideas or suggestions?

Possibly even “Type II”

A new car should have a paint warranty.
Contacting the Dealership would be my
next step.
