What did you do today, in regards to detailing?

Im going to use Adams correcting or Griots Fast correcting. Start with Adams and if more needed will switch to GFCC. Will finish with CP essence.

I’m going to apply 2 coats of CQUK3 and then two coats gyeon can coat.

Umm....

I spent the entire day setting up Autogeek's show car garage for our May 3-day detailing class.

Huge undertaking.

The goal is to make sure everyone attending has a First Class Experience.

We have 19 people attending this class tomorrow and 11 to 13 cars to work through in 3 days.

9 of the 11 cars have arrived. The other one or two are our Wetsanding cars.

That's what I did today. Also - my lovely wife Stacy came to work today and helped me until 6:00pm. Autogeek is short on staff and if the would not have come down and helped I would have been there until midnight easily.

:)

I painted the legs of my detailing cart.

You know it's really just a bed for his cat....... :)

Yup, that’s the 1# priority. Lol. That’s why I made sure to triple wrap the cushion with trash bags, that way it doesn’t get wet and develop mold + I scrubbed the carpet clean and rinsed it good so the cat has a super clean outdoor bed.

First of two details this weekend.

2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a Turbo Diesel Motor. Gobs of torque and loaded up for mom and the kids.

Looking to a basic polish and coating. Need to remove a few deeper scratches and pull out two door dings too. This is a return customer only this time we're going to do CanCoat as the LSP.

Who makes the diesel for that? I didn't know there was available diesels for those, that should be a great setup.

“Should”. That diesel huge government EPA problems with those. etc.

It’s a 3 liter same as in the ram 1500 it’s made by FCA owned VM

Diesels in the us just don’t seem to be a constant ease of application due to added on emissions and the companies trying to cheat past them

Just cheat and be done lol. I own an 06 and there is a reason I still do. Less emissions bs and it’s hit a sizeable bump and some parts just fell off.
