What did you do today, in regards to detailing?

I wonder if you could correct anything with DG#101 Has anyone used it lately and could chime in, I'm curious

Don't necessarily need to correct anything. If it's just a cleaner I can't imagine much if any correcting being done. But could definitely clean the paint and get it nice and bare while adding gloss.

Again I'm speculating just based on what I read about the product as opposed to have actually used it before.

It's been full blown pollen season here in Tampa for the past six weeks. I make sure I have a good LSP on in early February every year and just let it go, it's a lesson in futility to wash it even once a week. Not to mention the added abuse to the paint.

That's 6 weeks of coated palm and live oak pollen.
And I don't have any oak trees in my yard, all those little things on the driveway are oak pollen carriers.

An interesting anecdote, this time of the year we get dew every morning and it actually releases the pollen and makes it less aggressive to wash, but I couldn't get up on Saturday morning to do it lol. It was 92 out today and the sun is cranking hot. It was a task to wash it and keep it wet until the drying phase.

So did a full blown detail inside and out. No machines or polishing or LSP.
I used P & S version of wash and wax and then finished off with Turtle Wax Ceramic Spray.
It doesn't foam much so if that's what you are looking for in a wash soap this isn't for you.But if you want a one step wash and light wax this stuff does an awesome job. This was a real test for it. The Turtle Wax added no measurable gloss.

I was pleasantly surprised. Actually, very happy. And still no measurable swirls and it hasn't been polished since I first bought it and gave it the full treatment.

Then I did a full interior cleaning. I went over every square inch.. Did all the leather, used my favorite combo. SONAX in the can with the green top for cleaning followed by the gel conditioner in the black bottle. I use blue micro fiber pads with the foam inside for this. I used a total of 6.
And interior, I still love C-Bros. Silk Shine the best after all these years.

PS On the tires I used the Gyeon gel in the blue bottle.

Even though "it's supposed to rain" today I decided to wash the ES. There's a thread about AMMO NYC FROTHE vs. ECH20 and I decided to grab the ECH2O....glad I did! The ES was a weeks dirty and I've gotta use this more! Each panel I cleaned and dried was effortless, cleaned VERY well and upon drying not only was it "one swipe dry" but glossy and yes, I noticed on my car even Using it as RW should be on your "detailing bucket list" (pun intended)

I cleaned the rims with Brake Buster and various brushes but used CarPro tire cleaner since I was on a CarPro roll and once again, amazing product. I sprayed on the tires to let dwell while I foamed the rims and the brown began to flow. Upon scrubbing the tires it turned into a brown foam....C L E A N I'm not dressing them because the 3 seasons are going on soon....finally.

You noobs, get yourself a bottle of CarPro Echo, 1000 ML Kwazzer for pre-treating the panels, a good grout sponge and/or The Rag Company Eagle Edgeless plush mf towels and experience the best RW out there...CarPro ECH20

Pretty much done with Ech20 as a waterless... don’t actually use any waterless except Frothe. Gallon just wasting away. I’ll give it a shot as a Rinseless. Whats your ratio per gallon?

ECH2O as a RW is 1 ounce per 2 gallons but I fill my bucket to the 3.5 gallon mark. While I agree with you about ECH2O as a WW using it as a RW is magical

I have an almost full bottle of Frothe left, if you don't like ECH2O as a RW maybe we could swap products. I'll throw in a container of Mckee's N914 as well, I have various leftover bottles of various products.

Let me know

Cleaned my stove top with Alien Kleen. I let it dwell for about 10 minutes and it completely broke down everythingI then sprayed a coat of DPC mixed spray sealant on for protection. I have so many sprays why not use something different

I have 4.5 bottles of frothe and a gallon of 914. Plus a gallon of GBS rinseless. I’m gonna give .5 of whats left of Ech20 to my neighbor.

Appreciate the offer though.
