That SUCKS!!!!!! Any H&R is horrible, but on that awesome Ram? Breaks my heart.

Must have been a truck or something. That area is almost 4 feet from the ground. (Rules out most passenger cars).

In 2017, I discovered an 18-20" scratch down my driver-side rear quarter and onto the tail lens as I came out of the grocery store. Same height as your damage.

I know the store manager, and he reviewed the security camera tape. Sure enough, it was a delivery truck.

Dealing with them was a nightmare, but LSS I got them to pay. Ba$tards.

Well that grill piece is plastic. So that will be all new for sure.

And, I would insist on a new hood.

Changed out my cabin and engine air filters on the family hauler. Upon popping the hood I realized my engine bay needed some attention. Washed and dressed and although not perfect it looks much better for a 9yr old car w 167k plus miles. Dressed w Mothers Back to Black.

Banged out a rinseless wash with Pinnacle Rinseless w/carnauba. Pre-soaked with the same at QD strength.

I haven’t used it in a few years and I forgot how nice it was to use. Clean well and is slick with fine gloss.

Used the garage to get out of the sun and did the exterior and interior. Still hot in the garage.

Exterior rinseless wash with Griot's BF. Tried out one of the large Kwazar spray bottles to presoak. worked well to get a lot of mist on the car but it was a little heavy when full. Probably won't fill it up next time.

Then did the interior with Griot's Interior Cleaner, 303, and Griot's Leather 3in1. Used the thin Cobra microfiber applicators to put on the 303 and Leather 3in1. Had one split on me. That was the first time using it.

Yeah. I knew they made a 500ml. I emptied a 16 oz bottle doing presoak previously so I opted for the larger 1L bottle.
