What did you do today, in regards to detailing?

Sorry about the double pic of the product, any specific questions I'm willing to help out!

I can't wait to use this on MY car

Yeah, you can help me... why did mine get stuck in Montana? Can you help?!

But really looking forward to it arriving tomorrow. Rain (oddly enough) all weekend so might get to do some RW as a result!

Thanks for the share!

How's the slickness compared to Absolute?
Although Absolut IS slick, ECO wash is slicker, Gyeon just isn't going to be beaten by P&S, just not possible (no offense to P&S)

I'm wondering if Eco-Wash is basically a ECH20 clone?

Considering they're rival companies in S. Korea it's quite possible. The fact it took Gyeon so much time to come to market with this speaks volumes about how "right" this product is!

I can't wait till everyone tries it

I picked up some TWHS Graphene Infused Max Wax on special today, and I just had to try it out, so I applied it to the wing mirrors of the Qashqai, easy to use, looks and feels good.

I also put up a link to a detailing resource, but that got blocked, so I deleted it, it wouldn't even let me describe it without blocking the main word, which is a sort of online encyclopaedia.

I was under the impression that Gyeon and Carpro share recourses?

Quick rinseless in the rain. It's pollen season again.

Used Absolute. Doesn't seem to have the cleaning ability of Griot's BF RW to me. Still no word from Griot's on the replacement for that.

Griot's Garage Brillant Shine rinseless is a pure cleaner, so because of that it's always going to clean better. The nice thing about RW's today is that you've got many choices for PURE cleaners and for protection/gloss enhancements

It rained overnight and this morning while following my g/f to drop off her Cruze to the dealership the road as drying out, so I decided to give the EN good pre-wash and 2BM...let's do it

For the pre-wash I used P&S Frostbite, a great pre-wash when I don't need to use Bilt-Hamber Touchless or Auto-foam but want it a little more clean than using say Griot's Garage Brillant Shine snow foam. I let it dwell, between the sun and clouds and rinsed it down, next step...hand wash

For the hand wash I used Gyeon Restart, why not, it's a new bottle, LOL! I used 2 oz to about 3 gallons of water, plenty of suds and plenty of stink, LOL. This product is appropriately named because it's Reset w/iron remover in it and once done with each section, while rinsing it down, the beading looked great

To finish up, kinda backwards here, I used Brake Buster and my 4 brushes to knock out the rims, no dressing since I just used CarPro Darkside the other day. I also wiped down the engine bay w/ Bilt-Hamber QD, vac'd out the interior and sprayed some Griot's Garage Stinky Be Gone Monkey Gas scent, really liking this stuff but the other 4 I have from the new release are equally great, choices and choices

Now I'm chilling in the house, A/C on as it's humid because a storm is coming in...yes, I know, I need to be committed

Well, early spring detail. Cheated again and used Megs wash + soap to decontaminate and take care of any light marring or such. Did a really good job. Cleaned the engine and tonneau cover. Cleaned wheels and tires with TW Foaming wheel & tire cleaner. Pulled it in the garage out of the sun. Went with TWHS Flex wax as the base coat. Pulled it back out for a final wipe. Tires got #253, Tonneau cover got wolfstiens tonneau cover protectant. Wheels got flex wax. Engine got sonus motor kote. Glass got pinnacle glass cleaner with rain repel. All in very pleased with the results!

So that stuff actually works? If anyone else is wondering he's talking about Meguiar's Wash Plus+

I used that stuff in a pinch to clean some paint transfer off my car about 6 years ago. I didn't think it would work and it really surprised me.

For what it is worth it does work. Got my bottle years ago when it first came out. Still have about 1/2 bottle. You wet your wash mitt and apply a small bead of it on the mitt and wash each section of the vehicle and rinse off as you move along. Megs stopped producing it years ago, guessing it did not sale well? But you can still buy it on Amazon.

But you can still buy it on Amazon.

I actually have something work-related this might be great for, but it's coming from Amazon UK and it's $26 a bottle. I found another place, Autoplicity where it's $10+ a bottle...with $125 shipping.

EDIT: I wonder if you could approximate this stuff with some M105 or M205, since it seems to me people used to use water to extend the working time of 105, anyway. Or maybe I'm not remembering that right.

Kamikaze came out with No 5 Anti Aging Paint Cleaner last year. How far from Meguiar's Wash+ is it I wonder?
About a year or 2 ago I was at an auto parts store (Nappa) and noticed a bottle of the Wash+ on a shelf. Very covered with dust, been there a loooong time. I never heard of it, but the odd time you find these Megs products that never usually end up in Canada. I looked it over and almost bought it, dusted it off and read the label. I ended up saying "Naw". Went home and read up on it here and sister site (Man these 2 sites are great for research like this), ran back to the store a few days later and 'gone'. Guess me dusting it off drew a buyer, LOL.

When I got home I did a Gyeon Q2 ECO RW on the EN. This may only be my 2nd time using this product but it's moved to the top of the list as far as RW's (need a couple more washed with Labocosmetica Idrosave though) I'm such a Gyeon fan boy, I'd admit it but I just can't see how someone wouldn't just LOVE this product after ONE use
