Here's where I am at. I have a car that will be garaged....only driven on occasion....driven to cruise in's and Car's and Coffee events. Never see rain or adverse weather. I will totally prep the paint and prepare it for an application of protection. Longevity will not be an issue. The paint will be pampered. I want to use a traditional carnauba wax on the paint. I have purchased both Pinnacle Souveran and Wolfgang Fusion in the small containers. I can't decide which one to apply. I have never used them before nor have I ever seen a vehicle that has had them applied so I have no way to judge for myself what they look like on a painted surface. Do they each have a different look to them? Also...would mutiple coats increase the look and shine and eye appeal? Please give your feedback and opinions on which product to use.

Thanks!

Craig

I have Souveran on one of my vehicles and Fuzion on another. Souveran looks great on dark colors like red and black. I have it on my black car and it looks outstanding. I have Fuzion on my Belize Blue Honda and I am pleased with how it looks. Both waxes apply with little effort with Souveran being slightly easier to apply for me.

You really can’t go wrong with either since longevity isn’t an issue for you. I would go with Souveran on a darker car and Fuzion on a slightly lighter car. The only reason I use Fuzion is because it lasts longer than Souveran and the car I use it on gets driven more than the black car.

Try them both! You have 'em, use 'em :)

Try one. Enjoy it. Some time later, try the other.

Both are good choices.

The car is "Matador Red". I would describe it as an Orangeish Red.

I’d go with Souveran. I’ve seen how it really makes red pop even with just one coat but the more the merrier just for the fun of it.

I have not tried Fusion but Souveran is such a pleasure to use.

Fuzion ought to last a little longer which is always a good thing.

Yes, they do.

I machine apply it a section at a time with a 4" pad. I apply it to the pad with a butter knife. It takes very little to do an entire vehicle this way.

It won me first prize with that hood shot for Detailing Day 2015 :dblthumb2:

Both GREAT products. I'm honestly excited just to see a wax thread!!!

Between Fusion and Souveran , I say Fusion definitely.

Now If you had ask between Fusion and Black Label Synergy. That's a little harder to decide IMO but if I had to pick one then its Black Label Synergy.

I've used both many times over the past couple years. I like Fuzion a bit more because of its longevity. They both look great, but I'd give the win to Fuzion for its appearance on dark colors and especially on pearlized paint.

Put Pinnacle on the entire passenger side and put Wolfgang on the driver side. Then you can get a great idea of how you like both. I've done that a lot when testing protection products and it's really helpful.

You really can't go wrong with either one if you don't mind longevity.

you can also do 2 layers.

Fuzion then Souveran on top.

or vice versa.

Thanks for the advise guys. I appreciate it.

Given the reddish orange color, I vote Fuzion. Souveran may be my all time favorite on dark colors but Fuzion looks crazy on the bright colors.

Can’t go wrong with either!!!
