Does anyone happen to know what is going on with Polish Angel USA? It appears that online orders are not being fulfilled, emails are going unanswered, you can’t reach anyone via their phone number. One can’t even leave a voicemail. The phone rings and just turns off after a time.

Yes, I know this is a strange request to ask here. Yes, I probably should have placed my order here at Autogeek. Lesson learned. Regardless, I’m really just trying to figure out what’s going on. I found a thread on Autopia discussing the same. No answers there. I’ve had a pending order with them for a few weeks. Don’t want to call my credit card company, but I’m taking a stab asking here first. Thanks in advance.

Wow! I hope everything is OK as I am a HUGE Polish Angel Fanboy. Alois Meirs is the owner of Polish Angel. I will e-mail them too! If I find out something I will post too!
 
I originally picked up pa cosmic for my mustang years ago,Travis was a great help,they are top notch products

Last email I had from Travis was December... BUT I’m not sure if I was dreaming (ok... I dream about PA sometimes, problem??) I swear either myself or someone else said Travis emailed them in late March when someone had a similar thread to this.

Went and checked my email, nothing from Travis in late March. Let me do some searches.

No one got an email from Travis back then. It was a dream... BUT, they ran a sale in late March for 15% off. Hopefully this wouldn’t happen if they closed down. Note that in November they were moving into a new facility in Germany.
 
I ordered Master Sealant on 2/1/19. No problems with that order. Most recent order is at 2 weeks. Not normal. Sitting unfulfilled online. Usually they ship within 2 days....5 at the latest. Sent multiple emails. No response. If there is a problem, then post a message on your website & social media sites, don’t accept new orders, have an auto-reply on email and social media keeping customers informed. All that is really needed in this situation. People will understand orders being behind.

Just glad I got my 500ML of Cosmic instead of the 250ML. With 15% off and no tax couldn’t pass up.

I've had issues reaching polish angel since August of last year when I had a major issue with master sealant. Travis never returned my calls, emails, FB messages, or even messages on this site. I got a random email from him stating he would be sending me another bottle of master sealant because I got a bad batch, and nothing! The products are good, but a tad over rated for their price point and their customer service is nonexistent! Way to show how much they care about the people keeping them in business, I'll never invest in a company that disrespects people's time and money!

They woulda sent out emails or posted to FB or twitter. Best way to tell is if people who bought recently have been charged. With no heads up about an Easter sale..... kinda wierd

I ordered on 3/31 and my Visa was charged 4/2 and here I sit with nothing and I've tried everything to contact them.
Pisses me off now I have to dispute the charge

Just realized mine was a debit card purchase. Bleh. I was in between credit cards at the time. More of a pain to dispute. I sent an email to Polish Angel in Germany. We’ll see if I get a response.

I ordered a couple times, Feb 4 and Mar 19, I didn't have any problem.
