Good Morning, loved the class last weekend. I have a problem interior my mother in law has poop control problems. sometime she can’t control it and it has made a smelly mess of her interior. Daves suggestion was an Ozone machine which I bought. My question is there a poor mans way of steam cleaning the interior? I have reached out to the equipment rental place near me to see if they rent a steam extractor but haven’t got an answer. Have a great day.

ouch. I dont know about cheap extractors, but there are some affordable steam cleaners on amazon for the non-pro.

Thanks our local rental company has one so I think I’m all set. Indeed OUCH it smelled like hell last fall been sitting in an unheated garage all winter so we will see

Home Depot rents extractors with upholstery tool kits.

Look into the enzyme solutions from pet stores....

Be careful about putting a lot of water into the cushion and driving the stain and funk deeper.

I'll be honest - If it were mine, I'd look into getting a seat from a junkyard as it would be the shortest road away from a biohazard. If she'll still be driving, then I'd look into plastic covering to have a physical barrier. Car-part.com is a great junkyard site to look at.

I second the junkyard approach, no sense messing around with something like this when a “new” seat would be a much easier and safer option most likely.

Agree with above. There is a dash in between car-part dot com just fyi
