Ive searched all over the forums but I’ve failed to find a comparison between the two.

Ive found your threads on the two but I’d like to know how they compare to
each other and which you prefer.

I know you're asking specifically about those 2 but I'd skip them and get the next level of lights. Just a huge performance difference between the pen type and the handheld type.
