Flex bag that I ordered with flex polisher ripped. It ripped along the seams

can it be replaced ?

How old is the bag? I ask because it looks faded. My opinion, and I know you didn't ask for it, would be to not expect anything to be done over two years. That's just me though. I put that together quickly by thinking of other's warranties on similar items, plus some extension. I debated between one to two years.
Moreover, have you tried reaching out to their customer support yet?

the bag is handled only a few times a year for detailing a few boats and one car. The flex polisher are heavy machines for these bags

I contacted CS and linked them to this thread. Hopefully they can do something for me

Only a few boats for the past few years? And the polisher is a heavy machine for those bags?

In that case that bag should still be in mint condition! There shouldn’t even be speck of dust on it yet.lol.
