Hey, my name is Jacob. I'm the owner/operator of Mirror Image Mobile Auto Detailing. I've been in business since 2003 and looking to grow in the business. 2008 is looking like a great year of expansion for us! Anyway, just thought I would say hello, I know a few of you from other forums I'm a member of as well.

Just curious if there's a place here to sell/trade items.

welcome, seen some of you work (toyota in shorts), and some of the other cars for kraftmade. nice job. I'm out here in portage lakes.

I actually do not have a shop, I'm mobile.

haha, seems like there's a bit of a contingent of NE Ohioans here...It's not so lonely!
 
no kidding, we should do our own detailfest this summer, since i can't afford to go to florida like some people.

I was looking at Skybus Airlines (they only fly out of Columbus and thier cheap, non-stop flights)to Ft Lauderdale and round trip was around 210 which actually isn't too bad but then you add a rental car, hotel, food, bla bla bla, not to mention all the stuff you would want to buy, well by then that's an expensive trip.
 
Anyone know when detailfest is? I'm very much interested in going.haha I'm fortunate enough to have a friend who lives in FL and I have a few clients because of them so I could make it a paid vacation. As for a detail fest for OH would be a great idea and I would most certainly be interested!

I may be going to clearwater some time this spring and disney the wife says, have to wait for money first,
 
Deyailfest 07 was at the end of Feb. This year it's at the end of March, spring break time. Those Skybus tickets are a little higher at that time. Better book now

Well I am not sure what yours looks like but mine got it's weekly wash last Sunday! I use ONR in the garage. I take my car to the local autowash and use the pressure washer... but WATER ONLY! I am just trying to remove the salt and road grim, since I can't use the garden hose at home. Then I pull into the garage and use my ONR, QD and wipe the door jams, trunk and engine down every week.;) It has been weeks since I have thoroughly clean my wheels and I am ashamed. :o Tomorrow is going to be around 55 and my car will get a real wash rain or shine! I am looking forward to it! I have been going through detail withdraws! :eek:
