Removing swirls from black plastic trim

I have a Griots garage 3” polisher which I bought from this site. Would Meguiars swirl remover 2.0 do the job with a red pad? Or is there a product specifically designed for this ?

Are you talking about the glossy black plastic pillars on most cars in-between the windows on the side of a car?

That will work. All it takes is a soft foam finishing pad and quality abrasive technology.

Be careful on edges and corners as you can buff through the black plastic outer shell and expose the white plastic underneath.
