All in the family
The C4 and C5 belongs to the same person, and the C6 is his daugthers.
This was a two day detail, C4/C5 on day one. Then the following weekend the C6 was done. All interiors were done the same day, and exterior washes also with claying involved.
For the C4/C5/C6 Wash
A mix of Z-7 and Optimum car soap, and the Shmitt. While each vette was being washed it was also clayed to save time. Surf City Grime destoryer was used on the front bumper of the C5.
Wheels & Tires
Same soap mix with the 16' deep reach wheel brush, and a reg wheel brush.
Interior
Console/dash/door panels all were cleaned and protected with DP Interior Surface Protectant. And seats were cleaned with Z-9 and conditioned with Z-10. Windows wiped with IG.
The Gameplan for the C4
First up was the C4 35th anniversary, with Optimum polish and a low profile org pad. PC running speed 6. Then Surf City's Speed Demon Wax Detailer applied to finish. Tires received Surf City's Beyond Black Tire Pro. Then put in garage.
The Gameplan for the C5
For this I went with Optimum Polish and DP Super Swirl Eliminator and a low profile org pad. PC set at speed 6. Then Surf City's Speed Demon Wax Detailer applied to finish. Tires received Surf City's Beyond Black Tire Pro. Then put in garage.
On the day of the C6 detail. Both C4 and C5 received DP Spray Surface Shield Paint Sealant for added durability
The Gameplan for the C6
First off part of the driver door had to be sanded. After that the whole car was done using Optimum Polish and 3m Extra cut. Using a low profile org pad, with the PC set at speed 6. WG Deep Gloss Paint Sealant, for the shine and durability. Surf City's Beyond Black Tire Pro on tires.
The day ended being a little to dark for pics. So the first few were taken then. And then the rest the next day with sun.
