My pad dryer


9:30 at night and getting prepped for my next detail tomorrow.

Got my Fan on a stand converted to a pad dryer.

What is that dtand originally for? Was it built with the fan? I can't tell but I'd guess no

Ha, I used the same fan stood up on a couple 2x4 blocks sitting on the counter to dry mine, does a great job eh?!

And is my normal ethical practice - in my how-to books, as in the online world and in the real-world, I NEVER steal other guy's stuff and present it as my own. I always give due credit where credit is due.

Sad to say, this is not the norm in the online detailing world.


This was a technique shared by Bill aka Truitt on this forum. Looks like his last post was in 2010

Very cool use of an item nearly every person has. I can't wait for the look my wife is going to give me as I repurpose a box fan into a pad dryer.

I don't know how you do some of the stuff you do on here but once I get it all figured out it will be awesome!
