RE: being retired/watching Netflix

•Is retirement a reward for a lifetime
of hard work; or, a punishment?

{Sometimes the line gets blurred.}

I agree. A friend of mine told me about Heartland and I got hooked on it. If I'm not mistaken, it's the longest running show in Canadian television history and has a huge fan base.

I'm currently watching season 10, with 1 more to go, but Netflix doesn't have seasons 12 or 13. There's another subscription service that has the last two seasons, so it looks like something else to sign up for, at least long enough to finish the series.

Lol you are right..there's no sex or cursing lol

I typically use the number of explosions, rounds fired from firearms, and high risk stunts to measure a "chick flick", but to each their own!

I haven't even seen the movies you mention on my Netflix feed, but when I saw your post the titles screamed "Hallmark Movie" to me. My wife and youngest daughter love those things, especially around the holidays.

To let you know season 12 and 13 is on Amazon prime..we are watching 13 hate for the series to end ..enjoy

Thanks for the thread, OP.

My wife loved When Calls the Heart. Don't think she knows about Heartland. I'll let her know.

Thanks. I watched several seasons on Amazon Prime but I thought only 1 - 9 are included with a subscription, and 10 - 13 required a subscription to a another service. I'll have to check again.

They're filming season 14 but it will be awhile before it airs in Canada, and even longer before we get to see it.

I thought Narcos & Narcos Mexico were excellent on Netflix. I've watched both series several times.

What's it about, Bobby? Two Narcos in Mexico?

Narcos is about Pablo Escobar and the Columbian cartels during the 80's & 90's

Narcos Mexico is about Felix Gallardo and the Mexican cartels during the 80's & 90's
