I'm not a fan of high gloss tyres either. But I like the look I get with 303 Aerospace Protectant. I usually spray it on the applicator, wipe on, leave it to absorb for 10 minutes or so, then wipe off any excess. The below shot is from when I put it on my Mum's Qashqai. These were new tyres as well.Thx just a little shine. Not the flashy high gloss. Any other thoughts
I might have to give Onyx a try, I do like some of their other products.
Any particular reason you like Onyx?
Mequires Hyper Dressing is at the local store. Is this stuff any good ?
And a thanks to all that have contributed to this thread.
I like water based solutions like Duragloss 253. It goes on easy and seems to actually penetrate the rubber and make it healthier without leaving a greasy, shiny mess. You can adjust the amount of shine by how much you apply. I've yet to use a product that holds up as long and resists weather better than 253.
Bingo.
I think everyone looking for "The best tire dressing" needs to try 253 at least once. If not, you are missing out on an outstanding (and severely underrated) product, IMO.
