So Today is my anniversary whipped up a sweet for the sweet..
Vanilla ice cream topped with crushed peanut butter/chocolate chip cookies with a peanut butter sauce over top of a chocolate waffle

Using up some of the last pepper harvest. Poblano peppers topped with pulled chicken with mango salsa and black beans, and quesadilla cheese

The ultimate seafood dinner. It's called lobster fantasy. The body of the lobster is stuffed with scallops and shrimp surrounded by clams and mussels and the whole thing is over a bed of linguine.

I have made it at home but I did not make this particular one. This is from Isaac's in Plymouth, MA. I have to make it at home from now on. Unfortunately the pandemic put Isaac's out of business.

I smoked some wings last night, but for the life of me I cannot take a good iPhone picture of food.
 
Uncle Davy’s low carb stuffed pork chops with steamed broccoli with a cheesy sauce. The chops were stuffed with sautéed gala apples and sweet onions. There is a Dr Loosen white wine reduction pan sauce with apple chutney on top.

Very simple get some mini led lights, here is a sample of my set up.
I got these lights for like $5 each

I did a sweet potato just as an example, as I have been asked this many times

That kitchen must smell heavenly. Whenever I get fresh bread from an Italian bakery, it is necessary to buy two loaves of bread. You need one to bring home and one to eat on the way home.

Yes, with fresh bread it’s a balance of eating it just out of the oven and not burning your mouth. The smell makes it impossible to wait and that butter that melts as it touches the bread is so good. Of course I ate too much and now I’m wishing I hadn’t eaten so much haha.
