Another excellent point. Regardless of what's said in favor or in opposition to this stuff, the main things is how it works for an individual. Here we go... the answer to all Your questions!!!!!
BUY A SMALL BOTTLE!!!! it's $15, try it for yourself, this thread could go on for 10 yrs and some people still would not be satisfied... take the product to paint yourself
that's the only way your gonna get the answer your looking for... everything being talked about if figurative, literal would be using the product for urself
But debating can be fun too, can't it?![]()
OK good point. Its fun for the first 100 hits when it hits over 2000 might be time to put it to rest.

iknow you say this is safe. but isnt every pure abrasive polish removing some clear? in order to relevel paint to a swirlfree shine.
yes she is and thank you !!!! your polish looks very interesting i just finished watching your videos. what i like about your polish is theres only 1. no need anything else. for me thats a plus!!! thanks for all the info you have posted on your polish .Is that a picture of your daughter? If so she is beautiful!
As to safe, the testing we do with SYSTEM ONE X3 cutting polish is done through a microscope,
What we have found is every time you touch a paint finish you are scratching the surface, so literally there is microscopic paint removal done even when the car is washed, The whole object of SYSTEM ONE the company is to do the polishing of the paint removing less material then a normal three product system (compound, polish, glaze)
The results are :
measuring the paint surface with a mill gauge
sand the surface with 2000 grit only
measure the surface again
polish the surface using X3 cutting polish and a wool pad
foam pad the surface with X3 cutting polish to swirl free
wipe down area with cleaner ( for a no false read on surface)
measure again
results 3 tenths of one mill total removal from surface
the 2000 grit sand paper alone took off the 2.5 tenths of a mill
this system of polishing can only be matched not beat
SYSTEM ONE was the first to ever prove this safety fact.
And I've never heard of another company even match this claim.
This was the beginning of the SPP program (Single product polishing) around 10 years ago.

FWIW Tom, I don't know anybody on these forums that uses a glaze. Those are for body shop guys who don't know better, IMO.
FWIW the glaze issue is a recommended proceedure by manufctures of compounding and polish, and has been for years in all industry regarding the polishing of paint.
I understand, but in our profession its "bad" taste to rely on oils and glazes to finish what you are incapable of. Some of us use a glaze before wax to ensure to wetten the finish, if you will, but the idea of no being able to finish paint perfectly and resorting to using a glaze is disturbing to us (as a whole).
Infact, 3M recently stopped recommending the use of glaze and instead began using a finishing polish designed to remove holograms and light marring.
Just thought I'd mention that SystemOne polish is over 30% cheaper than Menzerna Nano...so even if it's only 'as good' as Menz, I still save money and am happier giving my money to a US-based company.
It would also be important to mention that the amount of product used in his video's depicts a much larger amount needed per section than the likes of menzerna and many others.
Great point Brian. Not only does that make it possibly more expensive then most polishes. But people who do use it need to realize how much to use in order to use the polish correctly. Assuming the video is showing how to use it correctly of course.
what is the durability on the spray wax? How long do you think it last?
