That Mustang is STUNNING! I'm going to be sad to see it go, but I know you're ready for a new project (and I know you'll take just as good of care of the new one).
Not to derail, but I am a fan of waxes/sealants (845, WDGPS, etc.) and have been resisting (fighting?) the urge to use Can Coat or MOHS on my truck. You mentioned you would use Carpro Reflect prior to applying a sealant. Would that also require you to use Eraser prior to sealant application?
I know a coating is easier to clean, protects better, etc. but there is something about applying that fresh coat of wax and admiring the rich glow it produces. Meanwhile I keep going further down the rabbit hole
Well remember Gyeon Q2 Wax is made to top their coating. As far as the "work" involved with maintenance of a coating, that's right up out alleyI keep flipping from side to side when it comes to coatings. Every time I wash a coated car, I marvel at the ease of just about everything, from rinsing to washing to drying. But then I think about the how much of a diva they are to apply, maintain and refresh. And then get disappointed by the lack of slickness. I think I'm probably always going to have both waxed and coated vehicles, it makes a lot of sense for a daily driver that's exposed to all conditions. But then the garage queens, it's less important. And yes, applying a wax or sealant is more enjoyable, and for me a least, a less anxiety ridden experience.

One of the many benefits to a coating that i like is the fact that i can use chemicals every wash..pre spray/ pre foam without fear of stripping the paint protection. It's certainly up our alley, and to be fair, I wash and maintain in the same way.
But then there is a subset that are sold a ceramic coating and are led to believe the coating will tolerate neglect or that its impervious. As we know, that is not the case.
My wife has a pair of bose quiet comfort earbuds, she loves them. I have used them as well, they are very nice. Noise cancelling does just that.Paying good money for a supposedly premium products but getting cheap garbage in return.
Noise cancelling headphones, a great way for me shut out and escape from the world while detailing or messing around in the garage. Twice now I have sidestepped the cheap stuff, thinking paying the extra would land me with a quality product.
The first being a set of Sennheiser SPXC 550-II. When they worked, they were very nice, comfortable. But they began cycling on and off if, you know, moved you head at all. The magnet-controlled power up/down switch not sufficiently strong enough to stay in the on position. Completely useless within a very unreasonable period of time. Total garbage.
The second I bought to replace the Sennheisers, the Sony WH-1000xm4. Initially, they were fantastic, even more comfortable. But the stupid touch pads were schizophrenic, so you would end up turning certain functions on and off accidentally, then have to go and figure out how to reset them. The "speak to talk" function a completely useless thing that would activate by ambient noise like, say, a pressure washer. Now they refuse to charge, even after attempting the hack fixes found online. Complete junk after only a couple of years. Again, bought at considerable expense.
Makes me so friggen mad, you pay a premium and get nothing in return. And yet, we keeping buying this sh.t and therefore keep these companies alive, who then keep selling cheap, nasty Chinese crap at premium prices.
So, Sony and Sennheiser can go and get fu.ked.

I have a pair of raycons, i love them. Noise cancelling is not as good as bose quiet comforts but it does work good.
Personally i like the raycons more because of the actual clicking of the button (one on each earbud) for the functions. Quiet comforts are touch. If you are wanting absolute noise cancelling then i would go with bose quiet comforts.

Deyon, your well detailed reviews of ADS and the fact you stepped up to the plate and bought just about EVERYTHING from them has convinced me to go the ADS coating route️
I bought a couple other products to get free shipping too, wanted the Decon soap but it's sold out
I'm renting a spot at The Bays in Wheeling Illinois (indoor detailing spa) on Sept 14th, 5 hrs total and it stays there overnight to cure and I pick up the car the next day, Sunday, when they open. The hard part...waiting a week to wash it
I didn't see info on cure time actually, is it the standard 1 week Deyon![]()

He'll just get his fix on the Cruze, but he'll definitely be a bit twitchy. Can you guys imagine Klasse not being able to wash his car for a week?
He will probably have to be sedated!
