Looking for a good Beadmaker alternative.

I historically haven't really used drying aids.

But since I started using more Optimum LSP's I've been using their Instant Detailer more and more as a drying aid with ONR washes.

I was just about to mention those, I use the OG version and like it a lot.

Another that surprised me is Meguiar's Hybrid Ceramic Detailer. Very easy to use, although it does lack the scent of Bead Maker.

I wonder if it has different smell in Aus. I love the smell of it. Up there with Eraser

 Surely was a fun few years! These days though, far less products on the shelf at home. We're moving this weekend so I packed up the Care Car stuff and aside from durable items like polishers and pads (none of which I've bought since Winter 2021) I had 7 bottles to move of things I use reasonably frequently. Far cry from the multiple cabinets, shelves of stuff....and the large monthly CC bills as well! Still, fun stuff and in part likely responsible for were I have the opportunity to go each day now...so it was really vocational training, no? Perhaps I can get a retroactive tax credit on all I spent.

After all the trial and error I’d like to know what 7 bottles made your cut?

Gyeon Bathe, POLISHANGEL Glasscoat Shampoo

POLISHANGEL Cosmic & High Gloss Spritz

Gyeon Interior Detailer, POLISHANGEL Diver

POLISHANGEL SuperSport

Found another bottle last night, TuffShine Tire Coating so really it’s 8 bottles. I use the TuffShine each Spring and it carry’s me thru until Winter when I stop caring what things look like until Spring. Bought a 16oz bottle 3 years ago & still plenty left

The Glasscoat Shampoo is more of a ‘nostalgic’ item, use it just for the good feeling it brings; the aroma and feel of using it reminds me of the late Autumn day when I used it and got one of my favorite detailing pics as the sun was setting:

Kinda a corny reason but worthwhile for me.

I’ll still grab a bottle of things for specific reasons on occasion like Iron Remover for Spring cleanup but other than that, not any ‘buy to try’ stuff.

I get it. Those beads look ready to pop. These beads and that PA glow is why I appreciate there products.

Nothing but a true coating has given me that type of beading.

Note: Gyeon wax did for about 2 weeks.
