Is it just me, or did aliens scoop up all of the Griot's FCC?

Out of stock everywhere I look........ Griot's website, AutoGeek, Big A,........ :dunno:

Good thing I already have a bottle.

saw a comment from a month ago in the Griot's facebook group about some sort of stability issue? maybe it failed QA/QC?

Thanks for the info.

Just strange for a long-standing staple of the BOSS liquid line?

If you need something immediately, Jescar Correcting Compound is also pretty good. Just doesn’t smell great like FCC. Cut more too but nothing too crazy.

I bet it was sizzle-- he loves that stuff

Come on Scott-- fess up

If you need a bottle-- I have one that I got last summer-- used maybe an ounce out of it max

PM me if you want it

LOL.

Thanks Bruno and Konrad.

I'm all set with it.

But I convinced the detail department at work to FINALLY use real products, and got them to use BOSS creams, and now this. Lmao.

I got them to order some 3D ONE. (Mainly because I get asked to teach the detailers how to use the products, and I haven't used ONE yet........) ;)

"Striving for Perfection in everything... accept nothing nearly right or good enough. Those aren't just words to us; it is how we operate. Recently, through our continuous testing of our products, we discovered a formula stability issue in our Fast Correcting Cream. While we work to resolve that, we have temporarily removed this from our assortment. We understand what caused the issues and are working fast to resolve it so we can bring one of your favorites back to you. "

That is some incredible 'net sleuthing Snoop Dog!!

Thanks for that!!

Hope the issue wasn't like Meguiars first batch of Ultimate Runny Goo err compound.

What do you interpret when they say "stability issue"? Is it going to go 500 grit on me? Or just turn to goo?

Well when the plutonium in the flux capacitor looses stability it blows up…… soooo…. It’s probably gonna blow up…

My guess is that it would be a similar issue to the initial Ceramic AIO batch and look more like the bottle on the right then the one on the left.

I just tossed a bunch of Optimum GPS and Hyper Compound die to emulsion issues.

Interesting to hear about these "stability problems".

I have a bottle of Correcting Cream that has turned really runny and no amount of shaking will bring it back to the original consistency. I wonder if that is what is effecting the Fast Correcting Cream?

My Perfecting Cream has been perfect so far for a year or two. I love these polishes and hope they figure it out.

Did I here recall?
Sounds like were all going to be getting a new bottle of there new recipe soonIm the MAN

I've seen the funky AIO at Autozone. Maybe these aren't being tested for long enough periods of time prior to release. I know one manufacturer would check for this type of separation issue before releasing a new product. I have stuff that's 10 years old that hasn't separated like that.
