So you asked a question about how to use a product that you DON'T yet have?
Yeah it matters because every product has directions on the bottle on how to dilute it in a foam cannon for *optimal* results. Some are more concentrated than others.
For example, the Meguiar's Ultimate Snow Foam calls for 5:1 dilution where as CG Honeydew Snow Foam calls for around 15:1.
Most people generally play with dilutions to suit their preferences so there is a lot of play with these soaps but the point is, they are not all created equal. So my advice is pick a soap, *follow the directions* and if its too watery add an ounce in intervals until you get the desired foam.

Haven't personally used honeydew but I don't use snow foam very much.
You can use a set of cheap measuring cups/spoons to measure stuff out.
1 tablespoon = 0.5 oz
1/8 cup = 1 oz
1/4 cup = 2 oz
Or get something like an OXO mini measuring cup.

Sun Joe soap as in the pressure washer brand? Generally machine/tool brands that include their own soaps and polishes are cheap and not that great (only exception is Rupes).
Go to autogeeks store and look through all the soaps available. Their selection is going to contain most of the brands that are popular with professional detailers and detailing enthusiasts.

You ask "is honey dew soap good". Define good.
If you mean good foaming, that depends on the pressure washer, foam cannon and orifice. You can probably find a bunch of videos on youtube of the foam capability of honey dew.
If you mean good cleaning, well, no ph neutral snow foam will clean good by just dwelling and rinsing. Snow foam helps to pull down any loose contaminants on the paint to make the contact wash a little safer but mostly its for folks who enjoy the soapy experience more than anything else.
A truly clean vehicle comes from a contact hand wash, not snow foam.

Most foam cannons have a measuring scale on the side of the bottle. Each soap should be treated differently, and most will have a recommended dilution ratio on the bottle or product description. If you need help with measuring dilutions, this website makes it easy -
