What product to try on these blotches?

I have these blotches/spots…tried twice with a microfiber and rinseless wash and it didn’t touch it.

want to be cautious now…what could these be and any suggestions on what product to try next without damaging the plastic or making it worse?

Is this a gauge cluster with a clear plastic lens, or a digital gauge cluster screen?

In both cases, these look to be a chemical etching of some kind, which is going to be very difficult to remove.

Some type of plastic polish might work. Plexus, Meguiars, Novus or Zaino make one.
