I actually have 2 bottles, one purchased from Amazon, which is the one I have been trying out, and another bottle I got direct from ADS when I ordered the 6 essential ADS products as suggested by @DFB

One bottle was the milky colored ones they were using when they ran out of the gray frosted bottles they normally use, not that that matters but it could indicate different batches

Regardless, Bradley sent a prepaid label for me to return the partial bottle so I will do that, probably after testing the second bottle as well

He is doing everything a person could ask to resolve my situation

See, this is how you launch a brand!

Put in the hard yards, let your products do the talking, build your customer base organically, listen to feedback and respond in a receptive manner. That then gets your company noticed by the most visible brands in the business, who then go to carrying your product and take things to the next level.

A certain YouTuber could have learned a lot from this. Instead, he didn't know when to step back and let the products speak for themselves. Instead, he chose to chase instant success, then started to attack his followers for not buying into his own hype.

The following applies to a lot more than detailing products. The mark of a good vendor is not how they conduct business when a transaction goes well with all parties involved in the transaction but rather how they conduct themselves when something goes wrong.

He had some thoughts after I showed him some pictures of what I was trying to deal with , but until they get it back, try it out, and get back to me I would rather not share what he said. I will make a full report after I have tried the other bottle I bought as well as the one that is actually running around on the truck for delivery today. I am going to try the old bottle and the new bottle side by side before I send the old one back. He did say that I shouldn't be using 128:1 ratio for my pre-spray, it was designed to work at 256:1 for pre-spray as well as bucket use.

So he thinks it will work better at breaking down the dirt as a prespray if it's more diluted? I guess if you follow that logic then plain water will be the best.

Any RW has its limitations as we all know, so he's generally guessing without seeing the car, any car, infront of him, right

This is true and it is why I would rather wait to hear from him before I start throwing stuff out there

I have probably said too much already and I am more than willing to give him the benefit of the doubt

But

Your statement also brings something else into focus and that is the frequency of the RW reviews we are subjected to that start out with "This car really isn't that dirty, just some light dust since the last wash" or words to that effect, yet the review goes on to extoll the power and virtues of this latest and greatest of all RW

I kind of feel like, as Klasse stated earlier, that I am using this RW and others in a real world scenario

Maybe what I am trying to do is simply beyond the capability of SOME rinseless washes (but obviously not all) and I need to just pay attention to my results and make my purchases accordingly

I don't want or need a "light duty", "medium duty", and "heavy duty" rinseless wash

One RW to rule them all,
one RW to find them,
One RW to bring them all
and in the darkness bind them

Or words to that effect

All your points are spot on, if it's too dirty a RW might not be best and/or you need something like Feynlab RW

I think on a vehicle that I would consider dirty I would do a presoak/ dwell/ rinse with something that will eliminate much of the dirt on the paint. Then proceed with a rinseless wash.
However personally if i need a dirt eliminating presoak then I am just going to continue on with a shampoo afterwards. Of course in many parts of the country the weather could dictate the washing process. Sometimes a rinseless done in the garage is necessary.

OK, old and new bottle of ADS Hero, 2 buckets with grit guards, 2 McKee's golden sponges, 2 spray bottles, 4 gallons of distilled water, and 1 lightly dirty Lexus

I am just going to bottom line this since I already reported in to Bradley at ADS with pics and blow by blow

Hero doesn't work in my world for my needs

We both agree on that

End of story
 
I picked up a bottle of Griot's Bug remover to try out. I did a very quick try and seemed to be better than my PB's Bug Squash especially in terms of not being runny so more longer dwell time. Griot's recommends 30 seconds. It has a soapy feel (not like some thin APCs) with no scent.

Why Griots - 22 oz, available on amazon with prime shipping. The pricing was similar to Griot's site but their bug finger mit was 2x their web site price so Griot's is selective on how they price on amazon.

Boy that's the truth

The Fast Correcting Cream I didn't ever get is $25 from Griots and $32 and change from Amazon

Not sure what causes the disparity in some of their prices
 
So it rained over night 2 nights ago, as soon as I got back from early voting I got after it.. LET'S GO️

Today's wash was a complete carwash, gotta take advantage of these nice, fall days! I started with a pre-wash using my IK Foam Pro 12 w/ 5 oz of Griot's Garage Foaming Surface Wash and a gallon of water and let it dwell in the cool, fall shade while I cleaned the tires & wheels

For the tires & wheels I started w/ Griot's Garage wheel cleaner, let dwell and then, one at a time, Brake Buster in the IK Foam 9 to knock it out

I then rinsed down the EN and got ready for the 2BM wash. For this I used 1 oz of Bilt-Hamber AutoWash in 3.5 gallons of water, an overkill product for what was certainly NOT left but my bottle is low, so why not! As I moved around the EN I'm reminded of the slickness of ADS Quartz, it's SOOOOO REWARDING️️

As I rinsed the EN down the beading is never getting old, infact, since applying ADS Ceramic Spray, it's "to the next level", what a complimentary product and you can SEE & FEEL, looking forward to ADS product usage going forward here

I finished up by "boosting up" the tires w/ ADS Tire+, the Ghost is still VERY present but a fresh coat here takes them to 11

I just HAD to go back out there and apply some ADS Amplify to the EN. I then vac'd out the d/s floor mat and sprayed some Griot's Garage Stinky Be Gone leather, it's now ready for the trip to FuelFed Winnetka C&C tomorrow
