Rinseless Washes - 2022

Washed the car once...maybe twice...this year. Been awfully busy. I have about 4oz left of ONR which I plan to finish, but what's good these days in the rinseless world? Can someone recap this monster thread?

I keep seeing good things about DIY's v2 offering...
Well here's my favs:

Pure Clean
----------

-Feynlab RW
-DIY Detail RW
-Griot's Garage Brillant Shine RW

Gloss & Protection
----------------

-Gyeon Q2 ECO wash RW
-Labocosmetica Idrosave RW
-Griot's Garage Ceramic RW

Now I love ADS Hero buy not quite sure which category it falls into but I killed my bottle rather quickly in a short time

It really depends on what you want/need out of a RW

This may sound silly, but...I need it to clean my car? LMAO

Let me ask this - what are the rinseless washes out on the market capable of offering?

EDIT - Totally missed your follow-up post somehow. Thanks!!

You just want to wash your car?

That seems like an odd thing to do with a rinseless wash...

🤷‍♂️

The new hyper ONR looks like a nice product. Different color/clear. Seems most newer rinseless on the market are a milky/cloudy color.

Nope. Nick said they're working on reformulating it or replacing it. Haven't heard an update for a while. Maybe during SEMA?
Looks like I've got a collectors item here

While placing an Amazon order for household items this RW talk had me posting about how strong Feynlab RW is, so I looked them up and actually ordered a bottle of Feynlab RW v3. It said I last ordered it 3 yrs ago, not sure which version that was but I'll be trying v3 very soon...stay "tuned"

I actually went direct to the Feynlab site after you talked about it and the site is down for scheduled maintenance

The last I bought from Amazon about 3 years ago was the original version and yeah, you are correct, it is some stout stuff

I will wait for the site to come back up

Done with Amazon except as an absolute last resort

Great video but the GREATEST IN THE WORLD...where was it

Just can't watch a 55 minute video on rinseless washes or probably any product for that matter. These guys must love to hear themselves talk.
How about cutting it to 15 minutes and pitch all the filler talk. I'm sure everyone just want to know what two or three you think are the best and why. Also what two or three are the worst and why.

Klasse,
When you start your You Tube Detailig program consider the above. As a matter of fact maybe you could work that in to the program. "Just the clean, juicy facts" You can tell them how Frankenshine is the best plus one can use the empty container for a Halloween decoration or maybe wear the gallon size on ones head as part of your costume or the 16 oz size on your shoulder like a shrunken Frankenhead.

This is exactly why I quit watching the Forensic channel several years ago

5 minutes worth of info in a 35 minute video

Just drones on and on

This is how Jon does it, it's certainly not for everyone but he breaks it all the way down...ALL THE WAY

For me with these washes it comes down to 2 things, clean and glossy finish, which do I need and/or want at a given time

As of today, when it comes to clean, no, not THAT CLEAN but pure clean it's Feynlab RW v3...BY A MILE! DIY Detail RW is also pretty good

For gloss and/or protection I've gotta narrow it down a but but I really like, in no particular order, Gyeon Q2 ECO wash, ADS Hero, Labocosmetica Idrosave and CarPro Ech2o, Uber RW is also right there. This category is a little tougher for me to widdle down, even to 2

As far as hearing themselves talk, I'm a chatter box myself, so I might not be the best to comment. I think it's just how he explains it and more importantly his passion for detailing

Ditto, but now that's a feature, not a bug. Back in the day YT vids were limited to 7.5 minutes or something, so you had to be concise and edit to fit things in. Now there is no limit (apparently) and the longer people watch, the more money they make (according to our resident YouTuber, the sheep guy, I'm sorry I can't remember his user name), so there is no upside to them editing unless you tune out.
