Well black is going to be fun. Have a bottle of this on standby. Going to be used on its first spring detail. Interested on how this product is going to perform.

Yeah have fun, its more of a chore, but can be rewarding.

Kind of comfused though on the product, it mentions the word ceramic and also it says to contain carnuba wax. So does it actually contain a form of "ceramic" or is it just used a buzz word to sell

Isn't OPT advertising their OCW as having ceramic now, along with actual wax and stuff?

You have to wonder, just like with food, how much of something a product has to have to be able to claim it as an ingredient

I would bet it would be close to, if not actually, an insignificant amount of ceramic or graphine or unicorn tears, or whatever the buzz word of the week is

Wait--isn't it alien bone dust week??

Yes, Optimum put ceramic in everything a couple years ago, OCW, Opti-Seal. That was after Hyper Seal came out, they juiced up the others. And of course now they replaced GPS (Glaze/Polish/Seal, which replaced Poli-Seal, which was great--I never liked GPS), with Hyper AIO, Polish Ceramic Sealant and Wax. Whatever that means.

They added some silicone dioxide to their spray wax, then gave it a stupidly complicated name to make it sound fancy.

Look forward to what you think of this product. I just bought a black truck in September. First thing I did was was coat it with GTechniq CSL/EXO.
Knowing me I will switch between coating-wax and sealant thru the years.

I used this on my wife's Black Telluride and was not impressed. It streaked more than I liked, and the gloss was ehh. Hopefully you have better luck than I did.

Buzz word in this case ceramic will probably under 3% in a lot of spray coatings and sealants
